Welcome to Talk of the Towers Toastmasters Club, Club No.
5446. We were once located on the 72nd floor in 1 World Trade
Center, and now relocated to midtown Manhattan. To us, Talk
of the Towers has been and always will be the highest club
in the world.
We are a group of people from a wide variety of business
and ethnic backgrounds, who are eager to improve our communication
skills. Our club is like a family, and our biweekly meetings
are full of fun and learning. The atmosphere is warm and supportive,
and each member is encouraged to be creative and humorous.
As a result we always walk out of the meeting feeling energized
and improved, knowing that each day every one of us has taken
small steps toward improving ourselves. Our guests often comment
that our club is one of the most enthusiastic and energetic
they've seen, and many of them have subsequently become members.
Currently, we have various members pursuing the basic Competent Communicator (CC), Competent Leader (CL), and Advanced Communicator & Leader designations. Since our club inception in 1990, our 20+ years experience as a club provides a solid foundation which we are eager to share with you.
At Talk of the Towers Toastmasters Club the expertise of
communication is abundant. Our mentoring program pairs new
members with experienced speakers, allowing the new members
to tap into that expertise. It is our commitment that each
member be properly shepherded and guided through the Toastmasters
program.
We cordially invite you to experience our biweekly meetings at The Port Authority of NY & NJ, 225 Park Ave. South, 9th floor. Conf. Rm. 930 Bet. 18 and 19 Streets, near Union Square. We meet on the first, third and fifth Tuesdays of each month, from 6:15 - 8:15 PM. To visit us, start from here. The world will be a much more peaceful place if we all learn to master the skill of communication.

We look forward to seeing you at the meeting.
